First Semester is over, and now the second semester class is already started. First day of class there are many students are still enrolling and others are attending their classes.

           My class started on 9:30 in the morning, happy because we see each other again with my classmates and friends, but not shocking, our professors gave us many assignments and reports for the next day, its so challenging, its different. Different professors the same strategies. Now we are facing many homeworks and reports to do. Going to the Library, Internet for additional resources research here, research there, copying assignments to the classmates. Talking about copying assignments? its normal to the students, but for me, I always do my assignments and I did not copying to my classmates unless I got a difficulty on it. Most of the time, actually they are copying my assignments syempre studyante hindi talaga maiwasan yan I know you too are copying your assignments during your are in school right?.

             Doing my assignments I will do it alone because of the reasons. First, I want to fucos of what should i do. Secondly, I want to learn on my own and I want to give efforts on my works because if you do your own work you can answer of what your teacher asking. But today there are more student dependent on their classmates. I have my classmate one time a year ago she is always depend on her classmate, she even did not give effort if the teacher gave her the task such like reports.

           After my class, Go back to the office and work again as part of my taskas a working student. you know I am so happy as a working student because they gave me a chance to schooled again. I think the one factor they accepting me is because I am also a working student during my high school time. And because I promise them to do again of what i did during my high school performance. I am very thankful also because the administrator of the school accept me directly. I did not expect this. I am so happy because we are about 75 applicants as a working students and I am the one who are qualified. And now I am enjoying the benefits they are given to me. and I am so lucky because my bosses are good “Mga mababait” silang lahat

To stop nosebleed, squeeze nostrils and lilt head backward and upward.

Epistaxis is defined as any bleeding from the nose.  Most nosebleeds stop after a few minutes of pressure against the bony cartilage that forms the midline of the nose.  To stop nosebleeds, apply pressure to both nostrils by squeezing the upper part of nose firmly between your thumb and index finger.  Sit with upper body titled forward and head downward, not tilting backward and looking upward.  This way the blood will drain out of the nose rather than flow back in the throat where it may cause choking.  Ice or cold compress can be applied on the forehead, upper part of the nose and the upper back of the neck. If bleeding is profuse, pack nostrils with gauze or a strip of clean cloth, not tissue or cotton balls.  Avoid removing the packing for several hours.  Go to the emergency room or doctor if bleeding persists, if the bleeding is caused by head or nose injury, or if the patient has a history of high blood pressure.
